SynField product family has entered Rwanda with two new installations in selected livestock production units.SynField achieved a new significant milestone in its expansion path to Africa. Targeting livestock wellbeing and efficient feeding/growing, the new installations in Muhanga, Rwanda consist of two (2) SynField X3 head nodes and two (2) SynAir nodes. Deployed in a chicken feeding facility, SynField’s nodes are equipped with sensors to monitor the environmental conditions, as well as the air quality characteristics in the selected area. The sensor measurements are transmitted to the SynField online platform, enabling users to access real-time data and statistical information from any location.
The professional air quality monitoring system SynAir supports a plethora of sensors capable to detect and measure air quality characteristics such as, temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, CO2, particulate matter (PM 1.0, PM 2.5, PM 4, PM 10), total volatile organic compounds (VOC), NO2, CO, O2, Ozone, and NO2. Essential for optimizing production and ensuring livestock well-being, air quality monitoring allows proactive identification of potential stressors. Furthermore, through the SynField platform the user can set alerts in order to be automatically notified in case any of the criteria set are met. This empowers producers to intervene promptly, mitigating adverse impacts on productivity and animal health. SynAir, as a state-of-the-art air quality monitoring system, not only safeguard and enhances overall productivity but also promotes environmentally responsible farming practices.
