Power Ops finalist in the UK IT Industry Awards 2019

We are pleased to announce that Power Operations Lts (Power-Ops), Synelixis Solutions’ UK based spin-off, has been shortlisted in the UK IT Industry Awards 2019 under the category of “Emerging Technology of the Year”, together with British Telecoms for their work performed within the context of the European project NRG-5.

In NRG-5, Power-Ops has been developing a blockchain-based framework that allows 5G-enabled devices to interact with Ethereum blockchains, without necessitating mining on their side. These processes take place at the edge of the network instead, via a specially designed blockchain-based Virtual Network Functions offering secure and trusted identity management and storage.

Power Operations Limited offers a complete framework to simplify the work for data providers, data analysts and Smart Grid operators and facilitate their inter-operation.
